Hillcrest & Mentor Hospitals

Hillcrest & Mentor Hospital Volunteers are an important part of our healthcare team. They provide the personal touches that patients and their families need, appreciate and remember. Hospital volunteers are here to help make a patient's stay as comfortable as possible.

Volunteer Program Requirements

All volunteers must be at least 18 years old to volunteer at Hillcrest or Mentor Hospitals. All individuals who would like to be considered for a volunteer assignment are required to fully complete the Cleveland Clinic Volunteer Services application and onboarding. Onboarding includes a background check, review of policies and procedures, and TB test. Some positions also require fingerprinting. Based on the desired role, other requirements may apply.
